Daimler Buses Gets "Smart" at Its Service Centers

Greensboro, N.C. (May 22, 2009) – Daimler Buses North America introduced today an exciting new program for its three company-operated service centers beginning in June 2009. Daimler Buses will begin providing smart cars for customers use while their coaches and buses are being serviced at any of the three company owned service centers in Florida, North Carolina and New Jersey. This program is unique in the industry and supports Daimler Buses’ philosophy of exceptional customer service.

Daimler Buses also recently enhanced its Customer Assistance Network (CAN) technical support hotline by ensuring that we have staff answering the toll-free line 24-hours, seven days a week to assist both Setra and Sprinter customers.
